This may require you to complete identity or age verification with a third-party verification provider, such as Didit, before payment or fulfilment can proceed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if eligibility requirements are not met. It is an offence to purchase age-restricted products on behalf of someone who does not meet the legal requirements (proxy purchasing).
Our Contract with You
When you place an order on our site:
- You are making an offer to buy the products.
- We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted.
- A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for example due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or eligibility verification failure. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.
All orders are subject to product availability. We may substitute equivalent products only with your prior agreement.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

- We may run price promotions which are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Delivery and Shipping
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days and deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout.
- Available delivery services, estimated delivery windows, and shipping charges for each item are shown in the delivery section on the relevant product page. Please review that section before placing your order.
- All delivery options available for your basket and delivery address are presented at checkout, where you choose your preferred delivery option before payment.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, events beyond our control, or incomplete address details provided by you.
- Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.
- Title (ownership) remains with us until we receive full payment.
- We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. For Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, or international orders, please contact us before placing an order.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
As this is a distance contract, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The 14-day period starts the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
- To cancel, you must notify us clearly, for example by emailing support@vapespeed.co.uk.
- You must return the goods to us at your expense in their original, unused, and resaleable condition, including any sealed or unopened packaging where applicable. We may refuse a refund if products have been used, opened, or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the price paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days using the same payment method.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise or the products are faulty.
In addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right, we offer a voluntary 45-day returns period for eligible non-faulty items. This extra period is provided under our Returns Policy and does not extend your statutory right to a refund of the original delivery charge.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to personalised items, perishable goods, or sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
Faulty or Misdescribed Products
You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If products are faulty, misdescribed, or damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing and nature of the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Returns and Refunds
- Non-faulty returns are accepted in line with our statutory 14-day cooling-off period and our voluntary 45-day returns window described in our Returns Policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable.
- We do not cover return postage for non-faulty items unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Returns Policy.
